When you contact us you are giving us personal information. Here’s what you need to know in this regard:
Who is the data controller?
Responsible for the website: Julia Suderow
Data collected: if you use the website or contact us.
Who is affected by this?
This privacy applies to the data of the users of this website. To this end, users are the people who browse our website and the people who register and complete our questionnaire.
What are the purposes of data processing?
Basically, surfing the web, if you register your user and if necessary, manage the emails you send us. Occasionally we will use them to improve our services, for example by making statistics or analyzing the results of the analytical tools, by conducting surveys if we have your email, some advertising about our products or third parties that we recommend…
What is our legitimacy to do all this with the information you provide us with?
Our intentions are good, the legal basis is the acceptance of the notice and your interest in collaborating, requesting information or whatever arises in this regard.
What data are we going to process?
This is not a bank, the information we have is the information you give us directly (it can be your email address, first name, surname, telephone number…) or the information we get automatically when you browse the web, but it is information that is anonymized so don’t think we’re going to find out much either. Knowing how long you are on the web….but in a way that does not identify your IP, or your user, or even your operating system.
If our relationship goes from the “potentially customer” to the “customer” level, I will give you more information on this, but for the moment you’re going to have to kill yourself to surf the web. And so are we.
What are your rights?
I remind you that as a user, you can always exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation, cancellation, elimination and opposition to the personal data we hold about you. You do not need to explain the reason, you send us an email to email@example.com with the request and we try to resolve it as soon as possible.
